Rehearsal mark from MuseScore 1.3 causes bad layout and crash

In the file attached file created with MuseScore 1.3, the rehearsal mark causes a weird spacing at the end of the measure. Clicking on the space causes crash.
In the mscx, the rehearsal mark is a child of the Note element and has a tick value.
