Cautionary accidentals plugin (2.0)

I was trying to find this request here but apparently it does not appear, so - it would be great to have a cautionary accidental plugin incorporated in the musescore 2.0. Like this I found for the 1.3 version: http://musescore.org/en/node/17779 - big thanks to heuchi!

Ideally, I'd like to see such a plugin actually add the accidentals rather than require you to do it yourself. This was not possible in the 1.3 plugin framework. It appears it is not currently possible in 2.0 either, but I haven't given up on seeing it happen - it just hasn't been a priority. If it doesn't, then I do agree, the old plugin should be ported to 2.0.
