Annoying Right-Click "Context-Sensitive Menu" Bug
Open the attached MusicXML file.
See the "Line Break" on the first page.
Right-click on it
Select "Select > All SImilar Elements"
Does NOT invoke the command!!! The "Layout Break" context-sensitive ("pop-up") menu appears.
You have to select "Select > All SImilar Elements" a SECOND TIME in order to invoke the command.
Does it every time. VERY annoying, but not score-killing. But should be fixed.

You need to attach the MuseScore file, not the xml file.
When I import the xml file to MuseScore and right click the line break, all breaks are selected as normal.
Is it the same score as in #259066: Importing XML from finale results in dynamics being improperly defined.?
I can't reproduce, MuseScore 2.1, Windows 7
I don't know what did you mean by "the 'Layout Break' context-sensitive ('pop-up') menu", but everything behaves just fine for me.
