Keyboard Diagram?
Does MS offer a keyboard diagram along the lines of http://www.yamaha-keyboard-guide.com/images/xblank_piano_keyboard_layou… ?
A diagram that could be manipulated, so that you could show finger numbers or key names over the keys?
I realize this isn't the purpose of the program. Does anyone know a website where you could manipulate such a diagram to create your own image?

Thanks Jojo. To clarify, I don't want to enter notes this way. I want a keyboard image (vector graphic?) that I can manipulate, add text to, etc.

Frames can contain images as well as text.
I right clicked on your keyboard image and copy/pasted into a title frame, adjusted its size, added text and fingering dots.

(The keyboard image you provided should be made shorter - e.g. 1½ - 2 octaves - to take up less horizontal space.)

I created some palettes for Musescore and among them is the piano chord diagrams. If you are interested, you can download it from my webpage: http://www.numut.iarte.ufu.br/paletasmusescore.
In partnership with Marcos Bichara, I wrote a free E-book about Musescore 3.6.2 in Brazilian Portuguese, which can also be accessed on my webpage: http://www.numut.iarte.ufu.br/acm_livros
