Can I create a new dynamic and add it to the dynamic palette?
I need fpp. I see sfpp. Can i create fpp and add it to the palette?

Yes, create it by editing an existing dynamic, then you can add it to a custom palette.

Thanks, Jm. I think I'm over my head. I was hoping to create fpp and add it to the Master Palette, however, I don't think the Master Palette can be changed. And I don't see fpp in the extra symbols. I see blank boxes in the Dynamics palette. Are they there for a reason?

From the dynamics palette, add 'sfpp' to your score, double click on it to enter edit mode and delete the 's' leaving 'fpp'.
(The Master Palette is not needed.)
To save the dynamic, you need to add it to a custom palette.

Wow! Got it! Didn't know I could edit the dynamic. And I really don't need to save it. I just need to have a way to get these oddball symbols onto the score.
