How to Add a Bass Clef and measures to existing layout that has only treble clef measures
I have a midi file of only soprano music and want to build the tenor and bass measures with adding a bass clef. Is this do-able with Musescore.

If you mean import the soprano music into MuseScore then add a bass clef, absolutely.

I already have a museScore file with the Soprano notes, I want to add a second set of measures for the bass clef so I can add notes for harmony.
To add more instruments or staves to an existing score, go to Edit / Instruments.
