The piece is "Verano porteno" by Piazzolla transcribed for guitar. There are several ways to do this, depending on the version of Musescore. In the 'Properties' tab you can hide the note head or color it white, also changing the stacking order. Then you will have to align them by changing the offset. Then you will have to add the 'up bow' and 'turned up bow' articulations.
