MuseScore 3.0-dev crashes when creating tuplets on multiple rests.

Selecting two or more rests and pressing Ctrl+3 (Command+3 on Mac) causes the current development build of MuseScore to crash. I have created a patch which resolves the issue and really cleans up the code.

Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, Xcode 8.2.1, Qt 5.8
