Alternate which side of the beam notes are on?

How can I do this [see attached]? Pressing x flips the beam of the entire note group (4 sixteenth-notes).

Double-click on the beam, select the left-hand box and pull it up/down manually.
You can also adjust the horizontal alignment with the right-hand box.

Or: You can adjust the user position in the inspector. (see pic)
