Corrupted File?

So I just recently edited some sheet music for a piece, but then when I went to reopen it it told me the file was corrupted and listed some "incomplete" measures and what not. It can still be opened, but somehow much of it got screwed up and now it's missing a lot of things. I've attached the file / a picture to see for yourselves. Any ideas what to do?
