Editing Instruments
Whenever I go to add/edit any instruments from Edit -> Instruments the program would sometimes crash with a report saying "MuseScore has stopped working." This has been going on for a while and happens in various scores I use. I am not sure how this came about because I have never installed any plugins or anything onto MuseScore.

My guess is that you add or edit/remove instruments when you are in Continuous View.

The advice is to toggle in Page view before adding/removing instruments.
If that you observe is different, please reopen, by providing a score/ a sample with precise steps to reproduce.
