Plugin for shape notes
I downloaded the "Shape notes - Sacred Harp & Aiken" plugin for Musescore 2.x (I have 2.10) and got it installed and Musescore found it in the folder I extracted it to and I enabled it in the Plugin Manager and when I run it, a little box that is labeled "Shapes Notes" comes up but nothing happens. Can you tell me what's wrong?

Your graphics card driver doesn't support OpenGL2 or higher, try to see if you can upgrade the driver for it.

Can you explain how to update this driver?

It depends on which graphic card your pc has.
From the screenshot it looks like you're using Windows 10. You should be able to go into Control Panel > Device Manager and likely right-click your graphics card in that list to access the "update driver" menu.
Also do an online search or contact the manufacturer about your specific card in order to get its latest drivers.

I attached some screenshots to show you what I'm trying to update. I think it's the right thing but it says that it's already updated.

WDDM 1.1 is a generic driver from Microsoft which only support OpenGL1.4
You can try running the Intel Driver Support Assistant ( https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html ) to see if they have a driver available, but if they don't all you can do is pray.
The Windows7 driver from Intel does support OpenGL 2.1 for you card, it likely is just 'too old' for intel to have received a new driver for Windows10.

Is there any way I could use the plugin creator to modify the Shape Note plugin I have so it will work on my PC?

You'd just need to remove the plugin's GUI

Yes, as Jojo said, remove the GUI from it and fix it to either option (4/7/normal).
The end result would then be the following three non-gui plugins as attached here.

Thanks so much!
