Not sure if this is a bug or if MuseScore is acting as designed. Also, this is my first bug report ever, so just a heads-up. :-)

I want to use non-whole numbers, such as "9.5", when specifying font point size. The font point size fields in the Text Style and Text Properties windows do not allow anything other than a integer to be entered.
I have discovered that the font point size field in the Text Toolbar does allow you to enter in a decimal, so it does accept entry of "9.5" or even "9.25." However, I'm not sure if this is actually working correctly or not, and I still want the ability to use non-whole numbers in Text Style and Text Properties.

What is the expected behavior of the Text Toolbar? For example, if I double-click a block of text that's currently assigned the "Title" style with default font point size of "24", and then highlight and change all of the text to, say, "25.5", should the Text Properties window show this change too? I know that the Text Style window won't because I didn't change the default, but I feel like the Text Properties window should show the new size. It gets confusing if you've changed an entire block of text to "X" with the Text Toolbar and let's say you go back months later and want to check the font point size of that particular block of "Title" text and use the Text Properties window to do it and it's telling me "Y", a different size than what the Text Toolbar displays. Currently, it looks like any font size or style changes made in the Text Toolbar won't show in Text Properties.
