Arpeggio doesn't detect other notes

The Arpeggio things doesnt detect the other notes anymore. If I use one, the markers are still on the note and it stands there even though I move it

  2. It is best to always attach your score and tells us which measure the problem is occurring in.

  3. I will take a wild guess and tell you that the notes not affected by the arpeggio are not in the same voice as the arpeggio. There is a work around for this, but I will not get into it here.
