The easiest way would be to download streamcasting software such as Open Broadcaster Software (do a Google search for OBS). Then play your score by hitting the Play button and use OBS to record Musescore while you are playing. Then upload the video of the playback to YouTube.
If you want better sound rendering, you can export your MuseScore as a MIDI file and then import it into a DAW such as FL Studio. Fl Studio will let you use higher quality instrument samples to render your piece and can also export the finished product in a movie file format. You can then upload the movie to YouTube.
