No volume omitted, just downloaded Musescore 2.2

I just finished downloading Musescore 2.2 literally like 15 minutes ago and now trying to use the program no sound is being omitted. I know it's not my computer, sound will play from other applications but I can't figure out how to fix it. The voices aren't set to mute, so idk what's going on. pls help
