Downstem mirrored notes lose accidental
When mirrored to the left, noteheads flipped from upward stem to downward stem lose accidental sign. Playback pitch is not affected. (see picture below.)
Does not occur to noteheads flipped from down to up (see picture below.)

Wow, that's not good at all. It's worse than that actually - applies to all downstem notes. That is, mirroring a downstem note loses the accidental, regardless of whether the note was "naturally" downstem or not.
Was like this in 2.1 as well, so not a recent regression. Very surprising it hasn't been discovered/reported before!

I always see the same issue over the last four years, until April 2014.
