Change the instrument of an individual voice

I've joined a local choir and recreated some of the scores in Musescore. This works well so far. Most of the scores have two staffs (treble and bass) with two voices each (Tenor 1 & 2, Bariton & Bass).

To help me to learn my voice (Bariton) better I'd like to emphasize it by changing the instrument of that particular voice. But is seems that Musescore assigns a voice to a staff and not to a voice.

How can I assign individual instruments to a voice (and get two voices with different instruments on the same staff) ?

You currently cannot do this, except by copying and pasting or using the Explode plugin to turn your score into one with separate staves for each voice. The next release (no date announced) will allow changing of sounds by voice.
