Score Corrupted

I spent two hours working on a piece (and I guess I forgot to save which is embarrassing), but it crashed and so then I opened musescore back up, to find the restore session screen. After I clicked restore session, musescore gave me an error saying that the score has been corrupted. I clicked "cancel" I don't know why. But is there any way I can get my score back??
