Never mind, I figured it out. Anything marked with the "System Flag" will show in individual parts when they are created. But, it will show only the one that was marked while viewing the score.
Note: I used the site's search function and couldn't find the answer. However, I then used google and found the answer on another forum post on the site. This is why I'm answering my own question.
