I need to insert chords in a word document on macbook pro. I want to use jazz fonts as in a lead sheet. Can anyone tell me how to get them?

There's a template of a jazz lead sheet, in the jazz font style. You can also change individual text into the jazz font by clicking Text in the Styles tab, then changing the text to "MuseJazz".
Once you've created the chord symbols in MuseScore, you can then use the Image Capture tool (camera icon at right of toolbar) to take a snapshot and then copy and paste that into Word.
