Copy and Pasting - All Elements
Is there a way to copy and paste so that all things (like Time Signatures, Key Signatures, Tempo Markings, etc.) paste? Currently only notes, articulations, and dynamics paste.

Basically, no. But it's worth asking, why are you trying to do this? The most common situations where people try to do this are cases where they are not aware there is a simpler and more direct solution. For instance, if you are trying to generate parts from a score, don't use copy and paste - use File / Parts. If you're trying to create a new score based on an old one, use Save As or Save a Copy, then edit the copy. And so on. Could you explain your use case?

One example is when you want to copy the "content" of a score without its "styling", for example when moving to a new version of Musescore. (See for example https://musescore.org/en/node/256666 [sorry, I don't know how to link to a different discussion])

(that's as good a way to link to forum as there is - only "issues" have a special smart link)
Interesting point about style. But there are other ways of solving that problem. Copying and pasting into a new score would in principle be no different from simply saving the style file from a default score and then loading that into an older one. If there are differences, those are worth discussing and potentially reporting as bugs. But it should be that simple.
