Transferring scores from an old version

I'm a newbie to this forum, so I hope I'm in the correct place!

I've been using been using Musescore for a few years on an old Macbook Air. The computer was so old that I couldn't update the OS, so I was running Musescore 2.3. I just got a new iMac and downloaded Musescore Studio 4.5.2. Is there a way to import all of my scores from 2.3 into the new version? Any info is greatly appreciated - thanks!
