Save Custom Page Settings?

I am a high school band director, and I am using MuseScore to write marching band arrangements. When I create parts using File -> Parts, they are created on a standard letter size piece of paper. I go into Layout -> Page Settings and manually set the page size to 7 x 5.5 so that the printed part will fit in a marching band flip folder, then play with the spacing so that everything fits on the page.

Is there any way to save the custom page settings so I can just load them up instead of having to manually change them for every single part?
