How to add a turn between two notes with playback

In the above example, two eighth notes are added and a turn (or reverse turn, or any other articulation or ornament you want) is placed above (for) the second note. Hide any unnecessary elements (V key), leaving a (visually) quarter note and a turn.

In this example, after the mentioned steps above, you also need to change the (Note)Head Type (the blue note in the photo, from quarter to half) and hide the augmentation dot in the Inspector.
