Dependencies For Export Latency

I'm sorry for posting again. I don't really know where to post it but I think, this forum fits best.

Since MS 2.1 I wonder what dependencies play essential roles in the duration of exporting the playback to MP3.
My user stats:
OS: Windows , Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (32-bit): 2.3.1, revision: 0899e9d
I can't speak for the newest version MS 2.3.2 but I noticed that MS 2.3.1 obviously needs more time to initialize the loading bar than before for exporting playback to MP3 (maybe this could be due to a new Windows Version).

I figured out (even longer time ago) that the time heavily depends on the chosen name and I wonder why and whether this can be used advantageously. When entering any entirely random MP3 filename - that wasn't chosen for export any time previously - it commonly progresses significantly(!) faster than when using the normal name for export (without overwriting any file). I think, when not deleting the old file, it even takes much longer when also overwriting.
Good names for fast progress are something like '_2360976.mp3' or just adding '_001' as extension behind the original file name.

It could be an OS-thing or a processor thing but I'm not sure. I'm just wondering if you could use this information for something. It takes up to 5 times longer when reusing already used file names for export.
Are there more tricks or possibilities how to achieve fast progress in the loading bar?

You seem to be detailed enough and quite friendly. This is not a subject I have sufficient knowledge of to supply an answer.
