MP3 bitrate is not 'immediatly' saved when export
2.3.2 version / Windows 10
1) Load a score, any one, eg: Fantasie.mscz
2) Edit -> Preferences -> Export -> Audio: change the MP3 bitrate value, let's say to 80 -> Ok
3) File -> Export -> MP3 audio -> Save
Result: 128 kpbs (ie the default value), in Properties/Audio
New attempt, same process/steps with the same loaded file and 112 value. Result: 128
A last one, with 64. Result: 112, and so on.

To fix: #272042: Saved preferences override command line options
Then, second step: load the involved file and export to Mp3.
