Transposing a piece to all keys quickly
Hello, not sure if this is anywhere else on the forums.. I've searched to no avail, but I'm wondering if anyone has any cool scripts or work arounds or plugins that would allow me to take a piece and easily convert it into the 12 keys (or 14 if you are a stickler).
Currently, I am stuck creating 11 additional copies of the original, then going into each one and selecting all and then transposing, and then doing any necessary re-spelling, as it can sometimes get wonky.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks

Respelling is is normally easy. Select all, press the up arrow then down arrow if the key has flats and down arrow followed by up arrow if the key has sharps. Otherwise you are going through the easiest method at the moment.

Yes I think I am. I was hoping there might be some sort of plugin that could do it in batch. The series of actions I take to do it are discrete enough that I’m sure it’d be possible to write a script to complete. I just don’t have the tech know-how to do so.

Also, I’m using the respell command from the notes menu

I always forget about that command because it would do things to the score I do that I don't want. It's a perfect tool for your exercises.
Some previous version of MS transposed up when you pressed the F2 key and down when you pressed [Shift]F2 but I can't remember which version number.

The shortcut is still there, just not assigned. It transposes by 1/2 a step.
