Selection
Sometimes it can be hard to select the element you want when the score is crowded - I'm struggling to select a frame, rather than the text inside it. Is there a way to rotate a selection like in publishing software?

No, but I've found it's easier to click the side or top of the frame than the bottom.
Sometimes zooming in, (e.g. 200% or more), can give you enough separation to select the element.
Thanks, but neither worked for me - the problem arises when the text is larger than the frame I think. By deleting some text I can select the frame. Not that it matters, it prints the same even if the frame is too small.

You could also move the text.
