The same way you delete any file. But you have to do it from within your operating systems file manager. So, in Windows open the folder that contains your file. Select the file and press Delete. I guess Macs and Linux systems do it their own way.
Musescore does not have the capability to delete files.

OK, thanks. Just didn't know what kind of havoc I could cause with the file manager and Musescore.
