For a long time I worked almost exclusively with the Font SalamanderGrandPianoV3. Then there was the slimmer Light version, which only sounds slightly worse and I used it. Today I changed over once again and after a few bars I only get sound porridge. That wasn't the case in the past. Since then Windows has updated itself several times and Musescore 2.x has also received some updates. Maybe this has increased the memory requirements of Windows and I can't get along with the 8 gigs anymore. But maybe someone has a solution. Under Settings I selected Windows Direct Sound, the sound output is done by an onboard Realtek High Definition Audio-Processor. The computer already has some years on the hump. The arrangement I'm currently testing with is attached. This was originally created under Capella and imported into Musescore. With other arrangements, which I tested, the effect occurs partly also, but weaker or not at all. I recorded the first bars of the sound output with Audacity and wanted to attach this MP3 file as well. A list of the allowed formats appears. MP3 is not included. OGG also not. I don't know them all, is there also an audio format?

Thank you Shoichi, I just seem to have forgotten that this is not a German forum and I'm impressed that machine translation apparently has done a better job of translating than I could have done myself.

Shoichi, I have tried to figure out what you have changed in the file that you have uploded using the comment: "Reopened modified and saved with the standard 2.3.2". So I have unpacked your file and compared it to mine and did not find any difference. Will you tell me what kind of modification you had done to that file and why? Did it only affect the meta data, which I did not compare?

Besides the difficulties due to the language there are those of a technical nature :(
When I opened your score the notes were mute for me (I use the standard soundfont, General sf3). Maybe because you saved the soundfont in the score.
So I pressed 'I' added the piano and used copy and paste. Nothing else.

I forgot to state an other odd effect I observe since some time: If I open a file with soundfont Salamander Light and press play there is no sound. After playing the same score with a different sound and changing back to Salamander Light everything works fine and I hear the piano sound.
