Hello, sometimes when I am making a shortcut I find that it is already being used and won't let me make it. Is it possible to add an option to override/replace the previous action the shortcut was applied to? As of now, one must find the action presently using the desired shortcut and manually delete it, then go back to the new action to apply the shortcut to. It works, of course, but I feel this feature would streamline the process quite a bit for all users who encounter this.

Also, when giving the user the option to replace the previous action, to tell the user what action it is currently applied to which is to be replaced.
sorry, see #249361: Allow reassigning shortcut from Define dialog
