In the attached document switch concert pitch on and back off.
The first staff in the second system remains on the key signature of concert pitch. It should switch back to the key signature of the instrument.

I found a very similar problem. The score was in E-flat, I entered the section break and the key of C in transposed view. The first system after the key change was correct but the next system had the key of E-flat until I reloaded the score. The score now erroneously has 3 naturals in the key signature after the section break. It should have no key signature for the C instruments since naturals are not normally displayed at the beginning of a new movement.
Fixed in latest master, specifically by: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4026
