See attached file. Observe the text-line in measure 1. It was manually adjusted to appear below the staff in MS 2 (Vertical offset = 11.32). But in the MS 3.0-dev nightly it appears above the staff (Y = 0).

Strange enough Chord symbols don't have the new "Placement: Above/Below" property, like other text types and elements have
