Master Time Signatures Palette no longer allows for common or cut time symbols

In version 2.x, in the Time Signature Master Palette, if you modified the beaming on common or cut time and saved the time signature, it would retain the symbol. It now reverts back to 2.2 or 4.4 times as appropriate.

The work around is to go to each individual staff (which means a lot in symphonic music) and change the symbol in Time Signature Properties.
