Missing elements in the Time Signatures master palette

Expected result:

Current result (time signatures and clefs are missing in "Note groups" section)

EDIT: I think I recall the question has already been raised in a forum (by Marc maybe): why there is not a criteria "Normal" for Severity?
For this issue, Major is too enough, and Minor, not really enough.
