LV ties
Is there any symbol that can be attached to notes as a tie for "let vibrate" (or correctly "lasciare vibrare"), both down and up ties (slurs)?

"Open" ties are not supported, but, indeed, by using slurs, "open" slurs (re-drawn, if necessary), you can easily simulate the wished displaying for this "l.v."
To make an open slur select the note and press S. The slur will go from the selected note to the next note position. MuseScore doesn't care if it's a note or rest.
Another option is to use the Symbols palette (press "Z" to display) to add the line. I like this aproach because it doesn't manual adjustment of the shape of the symbol. Type "l.v." into the search box and you'll see the specific symbol for this offered by the Bravura font, which to me seems a bit small, but there is also a "curve" symbol you could add that is a little bigger. Or you could add either as text using the Special Characters palette (press "F2" while editing text to display, then check out Musical Symbols / Articulation) and then you can size it.
Thank you all. I have created a note and hide it. Somehow awkward, but it works.
