Transposing one instrument to the other

I set up two instruments, Alto Sax and Tenor Sax. I put in the notes for the Alto sax in the Alto sax key. The program correctly selected the key for the Tenor sax but now I want it to transpose and put in the notes for the Tenor sax. How do I get the program to do that?
