Trumpet mute
Does anyone know if it is possible to include muted sounds to the trumpet such a straight mutes, harmon mutes, plunger mutes and cup mutes so these can be heard in playback?

Trumpet comes with two channels when you add them to a score. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/mixer#mid-staff-change.
From what I've heard, the Trumpet mute is typically a harmon mute. I'm sure there are soundfonts out there with various muted trumpet sounds, but I haven't searched for them.
In my experience, multiple mutes in a song are unusual, so two channels is normally sufficient. If you want more let us know and someone can explain how to add channels to a trumpet. I believe the most channels that can be easily entered is four then a jump to eight.
