Articulations should all be on same level regardless of tuplet placement

Articulations above notes are placed in different spots above the tuplet number/bracket when it's used.

In the attached example, accents are used to demonstrate this.

All accents (or any other articulation above note, i.e.: marcato, Up Bow, Down Bow, etc.) should be on the same level horizontally, if the notes are also on the same level horizontally.
