I was messing around with a score I made in 2.3.2 when this happened, so the cause might be a bit complicated.
- Open "Everybody MS3.mscz"
- Select bars 17 through 24, all staves
- Press } twice to increase stretch
- Press { 4 times to decrease stretch
From bar 31, the score is now chaos, with some parts showing multiple times and others just not being displayed at all (possibly below the page). Switching back to the MuseScore window or moving around may randomly fix the positions. Exporting to PDF during the corruption will also make the PDF look weird.

There is also another layout issue reproducible with this score. I will file a bug report soon, that issue is caused by some other reason and is already present in the first alpha version of 3.0.
Here is the report: #279367: First system on a page may not fit to the page.
Fixed in branch master, commit 04f5775514
