Feature Request: Editing in Real-Time in Musescore 3

Hi,
I suspect there is a freeze on adding new features to Musescore 3 as the beta nears its release.
However, please consider in the near future adding the ability to edit in real time, similar to most DAWs. By editing in real time, I mean that while the score is looping, being able to drag notes around. For example, I would like to be able to move notes of a selected voice up or down to try out new pitches, experimenting with the melody without changing the rhythm, while looping two bars.
