Windows 7 - 64bit - OS: Windows 7 SP 1 (6.1), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4328, revision: 2b25396 (Beta 7 dec)
- Start from a fresh install (reset to defaults using -F)
- Use the resource manager to install MDL
- Once the installation is done; press the uninstall/remove button for MDL
-> crash
MDL does seem to be uninstalled though (none of its soundfonts is listed under Zerberus)

This bug happens using the Linux AppImage as well.
Fixed in branch master, commit efc5836f28

Set index in the workspaces dropdown widget to 0 when selected workspace vanishes.
Avoid warning message when trying to save a non existing workspace_
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
I just had this happen to me, minus the fresh install. But it was basically fresh (settings set to default. I didn't really change anything anyway.)
If you are using 3.0.5 or earlier, this fix will not be included. You need to have the second 3.1-beta to see this fixed, or wait about a week for 3.1 to be officially released.
