But if you prefer, press 'I' and select 'All Instruments' and add a guitar (there are several).
If there are problems you can attach here the score and someone can give you some suggestions.
You can also try other sounds within the default soundfont first - there are several different guitar sounds available. See View / Mixer. For some reason it seems you have chosen the "fretless bass" sound, not sure why. There are sounds recorded form steel string and nylon string acoustic guitars as well as a few different electric guitar sounds available.

thanks, tried but still sounds like a harpsichord. here is the score I am using. Autumn_Leaves1.mscz

If the default sounds are not satisfactory you can look for a different soundfont (in the attachment the nylon guitar).
