I've uploaded my score, but when I go to play it, the sheet music won't appear and no sound plays.

I finished my score and posted it. I received the email that said it posted. that's all well and good but when I pull it up on my computer, the score doesn't appear and no sound plays. I check the app and bring it up that way and it seems to work fine. Is it because of the update? or is it a browser issue. I use Google Chrome on a new Mac and I haven't had this issue before.
