This is an assertion failure due to an attempt to link SystemText to StaffText.
And indeed, the relevant text element (search for <lid>8873</lid> in MSCX file) in master score has the style named "Technique" while the corresponding elements in parts have "System" style name. Based on that MuseScore deduces that the elements in parts are system texts but doesn't do that for "Technique" element (see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/4171/files).

What does that "Technique" style correspond to? If it is only used in system text context, maybe we should add it to the list of styles recognized as system text by 2.X scores import?
