OS: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0., revision: 96c1f7b
Test procedure
1. Load attached file
2. Press Ctrl+a (select all measures)
3. Press } (increase) 12 times, then press { (decrease) 12 times (so nothing should be changed effectively).
4. Repeat step 3. seven times.
As a result, the first multimeasure rests not only extends beyond the right margin but even beyond the page. See attached hardcopy.

Probably (?) another aspect of: #280350: Multimeasure rests extend into other measures, through other parts of the score
I can't reproduce and am assuming this was fixed along with the above issue.
