Multi-bar rests keep increasing in size

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4785, revision: c1a5e4c

1. Create a score for piano
2. Enter some notes in measures 6-16, delete leftover measures
3. Press "M" to enable multi-bar rests
4. Start moving notes around, add, move or delete text, save, undo or redo
   Any of those actions, and probably more, will increase the width of the multi-bar rest. Saving and re-opening the score will reset its size. It's a visual bug, but it also changes the format for the rest of the score, so it basically makes it impossible to know how much space there's left.
