Re-adding an "erased rest".
I'm still using 2.x
When cleaning up parts with voices, I have occasionally deleted a rest in a voice. Later, re-editing that bar, I wish to place that rest there again.
How can I do that without re-writing the bar?

Yep.
exchange voices twice in the selected measure and all of the deleted rests will be restored. I have alt+x as my exchange voices 1 & 2 shortcut, I use it a lot.
