Personally I would switch to version numbers instead of the OS names, or at least add version numbers)

4 I found https://musescore.org/en/administer-guidelines/how-create-page where the language setting is mentioned, updated non-translatable web pages from "independent" to "- Not specified -"
Suggestion:
1 reformat in markup to bring it in line with our standard (suggestion)
2 Review that the new page sections align with the new page options on a modern new page.
3 Add link high-up on Developer Handbook page (e.g. before first title) so anyone wanting to add content to Developer Handbook, follow the standard and don’t keep pages on English by mistake/default.

5 Should pages under https://musescore.org/en/administrative-guidelines be untranslatable, similar to the dev handbook?
